You would think that $2 millions wouldn’t be incentive enough to tank that game. Think of how much more than that he could have made from bonuses, endorsements and future contracts by winning and continuing to win.

Couldn’t you argue that college football is worse because they do the same for less amounts of money? Plus the whole college degree without going to class.

Hi EOW – I watched the game and heard that Tom Brady was offered $2 million from someone to tank the game. A couple of the Patriot’s defensive players had some offer as well. Pretty neat to see the Bengals kicker miss a 28 yarder and another chip shot to lose the game as well. You don’t think he was paid off?

This is why I love watching college football more. Although there is corruption, it’s on a lesser scale.
