I had to post on this blog post because it rings so true. It is not enough just to build a network around you in order to be successful but you must learn how to use it. There are some great points in this blog that really set the stage to make you more comfortable asking. The most successful people you know do this and excel at it. Ask them how. Read the first part of the blog. People will help.
